Since launching its biotech campaign in September 2000, the Free State of Saxony has become one of the most dynamic life sciences regions in Germany – and has now set its sights on Europe. New branches of existing companies and entirely new businesses are creating a critical mass of research and business, particularly around the start-up centers of Leipzig and Dresden. The result is the sustainable growth of Saxony as a future-oriented life sciences location with plenty of untapped potential.
Our mission is to provide all technology-driven innovators from different regions with an integrated platform to debate new technologies and their economic use in an open, friendly atmosphere.
We intend to develop the bionection partnering conference into an annual technology transfer event in central Germany in order to raise the region’s international profile.
We aim to establish bionection as a top conference with high standards of quality in central Germany. We want participants to find out about and directly debate the latest trends and current themes in the life science industry. Apart from addressing aspects of research and business as well as challenging questions, the conference also focuses on the joy of the life sciences.
