Cancellation notifications received 4 weeks before the start of bionection, get refunded for 100% minus an administrative fee of 25,00 EUR.
All notifications received between 4 and 2 weeks before the start of the event, get refunded for 50% minus an administrative fee of 25,00 EUR.
Cancellations requests received less than 2 weeks before the start of the event will not be refunded.
The date of withdrawal/cancellation is defined as the date on which written notice of withdrawal/cancellation (by letter or email) is received by biosaxony.
Replacement by another participant is always allowed in agreement with biosaxony (change of participant). The obligation to pay the agreed participation fee remains unaffected.
The presenting author has to ensure that all authors have read the abstract and agreed to be co-authors.
Abstracts can be submitted in English or German.
Please note that the project description has a maximum of 2,100 characters including spaces.
Incomplete submissions can not be considered.
It is not permitted for a research group to submit more than one abstract addressing the same topic.
If you want to revise or withdraw an abstract already submitted, please inform us as quickly as possible at info@biosaxony.com.
The submission of an abstract requires the compulsory registration of the presenting author to the conference. Only one presenting author per abstract is allowed. Co-authors have to register separately.
All abstracts that have been accepted by the Scientific Programme Committee will be selected for 10min oral pitch presentations. Pitch presentations have to be in English or German. Please note that the final decision regarding the acceptance of a presentation will be made by the Scientific Programme Committee.
The authors are responsible to clarify copyrights of any third party regarding the content of their abstract. The authors ensure that no copyrights of third parties on any part of the abstract may prevent the publication.
All abstracts will be printed in the conference book as submitted.
